Can it read my existing WhatsApp chats?
Connecting your number lets you talk to the assistant. It doesn’t automatically import your personal chats. The assistant uses information saved in your CRM and supported connected tools.
What if I already use other software?
We’ll check your current tools in the demo. Connections and migrations depend on the system. You’ll know what’s possible and whether extra work is needed before you commit.
Can it chase invoices for me?
It needs access to your invoice records and a supported way to send reminders. We’ll check and demonstrate your workflow before promising it. The examples on this page use fictional client details.
Is everything unlimited?
No. The package includes an AI allowance. Usage limits and any additional charges are explained before setup. Custom skills, third-party services and complex integrations may cost extra.
Is my WhatsApp connection private?
Your connection is private to your user. Assistant conversations sync back to the app and can be searched in Dispatch. Access to business information depends on your account permissions and connected tools.
Is this an AI receptionist?
This package gives you an assistant to help run your business through WhatsApp. Customer-facing voice and chat agents are separate services. We’ll explain the options if you need help answering calls or handling enquiries too.
