It is an assistant you message through WhatsApp to work with your business records. GoRaven helps you look up client details, add notes and prepare follow-ups using your CRM and supported tools. You need the relevant records connected; it does not know everything about your business automatically.

This package is for you, the business owner. It helps with your admin. An AI receptionist or chatbot that answers customers, qualifies enquiries or takes bookings is a different service.

The managed package includes your WhatsApp connection, one pipeline, a simple contact import, three tested tasks, personal training and a first-month setup check-in. Each month includes a 20-minute workflow review of up to five live client items and ten minutes of setup help. Unused review/help time does not roll over. If you already pay GoRaven for some of these tools, we will quote the additional work and access you need.

The connection lets you talk to your assistant. It does not automatically import your personal chat history. It works with information you provide and business records available through your account. Avoid sharing sensitive information that a task does not need.

We check your tools before you pay. Standard setup covers GoRaven CRM and a clean spreadsheet import. Other systems, invoice lookups and custom connections need a separate compatibility check and may cost extra. Your accounting software remains the source of truth for invoices.

Your plan includes US$25 of Ask AI usage at the supplier’s metered rates each calendar month. It is measured in US dollars because that is how the AI platform records usage; your GoRaven subscription stays £149, billed in pounds. The allowance resets at the start of each calendar month, and unused usage does not roll over. You receive the full allowance when activated, even if you start partway through a month. Different tasks use different amounts, so it is a spending allowance rather than a fixed message count.

AI pauses until the next calendar-month reset. You can request an optional £15 top-up for another US$10 of metered usage; it expires at the end of that same month. We only add it with your agreement. There are no automatic top-ups or additional usage bills. The pause affects AI access, not your stored CRM records.

The managed package is £149 per month plus £299 setup, with no VAT added. It renews monthly. Email [email protected] before the next renewal to stop future billing; access continues to the end of the paid month. Setup and the current paid period are normally non-refundable, subject to your rights and written agreement. Export the records you need before closing your account.

We check the value for your workflow before you buy. The first three months cost £746 including setup, with no VAT added and excluding optional extras. Compare that with useful time saved or additional profit after delivering the work, rather than the full value of a sale. No particular saving, lead volume or revenue result is promised.

Review drafts, names, amounts and important actions before approving them. AI can make mistakes. The demo will show how confirmation works for your agreed tasks; any scheduled actions must be configured and reviewed separately.
